Please provide your email address when registering to ensure that you receive confirmation of your registration and other important communications regarding the meeting. All communications regarding the meeting will be sent via email unless you request they be mailed to you.

Full 3 day preregistrants receive first priority for all promotional materials and social events. If supplies run low, onsite registrants may not receive all items listed above. Daily registration includes the items listed above that are applicable for the day you register.
*The Regular registration fees include a 1-year ANNA membership. International registrants who register at the Regular rate will receive a virtual international membership.
Guest badges are available as a courtesy for paid attendees. A "guest" is defined as a spouse, family member, significant other, friend, or an adult child (over 16 years old). A co worker or an associate within the industry does not qualify for the guest registration fee. Guest registration is available for ONE guest per registrant. The fee is $100 and entitles the guest to visit the Exhibit Hall only. Guest fees do NOT include admission to meal functions, box lunch, Nephrology Nurse Recognition Lunch, corporate sponsored symposia, or Disney theme park ticket. Corporate representatives may not register as guests. Corporate representatives must register for the Symposium and pay published registration fees.
Exhibitors receive exhibit badges for their booth personnel as part of their exhibit participation. Exhibitors with badges are granted access to most educational sessions on a space available basis, excluding meal functions and corporate-sponsored events. One nurse per exhibit booth (full-time employed by exhibiting company) may apply for CNE credit for the programs attended and will receive an exhibitor's badge unless he/she registers separately as a symposium attendee. ANNA encourages corporate nurses to register separately for the symposium and pay the standard registration fees since exhibitors do not receive the same benefits as paid registrants.
No registration will be processed unless full payment is received with the registration form. If a check is returned by the bank for insufficient funds, full payment must be received by cashier's check or money order and must include an additional $25 for bank processing charges. If payment is not received by the National Office prior to the meeting, the registrant must pay the full amount onsite before the registration will be processed. If you do not receive an email confirmation regarding your registration, please contact the ANNA National Office (888 600 2662 or 856 256 2320) to confirm receipt of your registration. If you have requested payment through your facility/employer, check with the facility/employer to be sure they have processed the payment. You will be responsible for the registration fee onsite if your facility did not send the money in advance. Purchase orders (including government purchase orders) are not an acceptable form of payment.
No telephone cancellations will be accepted. Written notice of cancellation must be sent to the ANNA National Office, East Holly Avenue Box 56, Pitman, NJ 08071-0056 (fax 856-218-0557 or 856-589-7463). A $50 administrative fee will be assessed on all cancellations received in writing and must reach the office no later than March 31, 2015. No refunds will be issued after this deadline. Membership fees are nonrefundable. In the event that ANNA should find it necessary to cancel or postpone this educational offering for any reason, including, but not limited to low registration responses, strikes, or acts of God, the Association shall not be liable for registrant(s)' expenses.
If you cannot attend the meeting and would like to send a substitute, please have the substitute complete a registration form and send it to the National Office along with a copy of your confirmation. If you are an ANNA member, your substitute also must be a current member or pay the difference between the member and nonmember registration fees.
