After monitoring the evolving situation with the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), ANNA has rescheduled the 2020 National Symposium (which was originally planned for April 19-22). The ANNA Board of Directors made this difficult decision after careful consideration. While an incredible amount of work went into planning this year’s educational program and all of our speakers have put immense time and energy into their presentations, the health and safety of attendees is our top priority. ANNA sincerely thanks you for your patience during this unprecedented time.
The 2020 ANNA National Symposium is rescheduled for Sunday, August 30 – Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at the Caribe Royale All-Suites Hotel and Convention Center.
If you registered for the symposium prior to March 12, 2020, ANNA will keep your full registration active, and you will have the option to attend the symposium on the rescheduled dates. If you are unable to attend the symposium in person, you will have access to view all recorded sessions in ANNA’s Online Library 2-3 weeks following the symposium and earn conference CNE credits. If you do not cancel your symposium registration prior to the March 30, 2020 deadline, you will be considered registered for the rescheduled dates in August.
If you decide to cancel, written notice of cancellation must be sent via USPS to ANNA Registration, East Holly Avenue Box 56, Pitman, NJ 08071-0056, faxed to 856-218-0557 or emailed to email@example.com no later than May 29, 2020. A $50 administrative fee will be assessed on all cancellations. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. After July 17, 2020 registration fees will be nonrefundable. ANNA membership fees are nonrefundable.
The registration database will be closed for a period of time to verify any speaker or session changes. You will receive notification once it is reopened.
If you made a hotel reservation at the Caribe Royale through the ANNA symposium room block, the hotel will automatically cancel your reservation without sending you a confirmation of the cancellation. If you require a confirmation email, please contact the hotel at 800-823-8300 (or 407-238-8000 and ask for group reservations). If you reserved your hotel room at the Caribe Royale outside of the ANNA room block, you will need to contact the hotel directly to cancel your reservation.
All symposium registrants will need to re-book their hotel reservations (using the link below).
Attendees must check with their airlines to determine the best way to reschedule or cancel flights. Change fees are being waived by most airlines. If you booked other travel arrangements, attendees are responsible to reschedule or cancel.
